Terms of Service & Booking Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Pixelcabinetradar Luxury Hospitality Group S.A.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the web portal pixelcabinetradar.mom, browsing our European luxury resort portfolio, or submitting reservation inquiries, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Pixelcabinetradar Luxury Hospitality Group S.A. ("Pixelcabinetradar", "we", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this platform.

2. Concierge & Reservation Process

Pixelcabinetradar provides bespoke curation, reservation liaison services, and VIP access to private beachfront resorts. Inquiries dispatched via this portal do not constitute guaranteed room holds until formal confirmation, identity verification, and payment deposit clearance have been executed via our secure private banking channels.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, photographic compositions, spatial evaluation methodologies (including the "Pixelcabinetradar Coastal Scorecard"), architectural reviews, trademarks, and design systems displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Pixelcabinetradar Luxury Hospitality Group S.A. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, framing, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. User Obligations & Warranties

When interacting with our platform and concierge personnel, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter binding luxury hospitality contracts.
  • All personal and billing information provided during booking inquiries is true, complete, and accurate.
  • You will not deploy automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering tools against our infrastructure.
  • You will observe the strict confidentiality and privacy agreements customary to high-profile private resort stays.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Pixelcabinetradar shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from resort operational alterations, adverse maritime weather disruptions, private aviation delays, or third-party resort facility modifications. Our aggregate liability in connection with any concierge advisory service shall not exceed the advisory fees received directly by us.

6. Force Majeure & Maritime Conditions

Resort amenities, yacht moorings, and coastal helicopter flights are subject to regional maritime authority directives, environmental protection orders, and sea condition clearances. Pixelcabinetradar shall not be deemed in breach for delays or non-performance caused by acts of nature, coastal storms, or regulatory flight restrictions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
